The Beatrice in Chelsea is New York's newest chic mixed Hotel and high end Rental property. The long lobby marks the transition from outside to inside with light and warmth. To do so, Architect Philip Koether designed 12' tall Light Screens with exotic puffed aluminum and resin cast Panels for texture and color. The screens illuminate from the inside, and block ambient light from the outside.
