Since this property is located in a flood zone, New York Building Code requires certified flood glazing that can withstand being submerged in hurricane level floods. AMFI was responsible for the fully compliant Design/Build of the main entrance with ribbed glass Marquee, revolving Door, and ADA compliant Automatic Doors as well as all of the retail Storefronts around the perimeter of the building.
